She first meets Jiang Chen in an abandoned mansion. where Jiang Chen saves her from starving and feeds her, in which she repays him by black mailing him into giving her more food and drinks. Eventually they make an agreement that he will give her food and she will protect him. She teaches him about this world how it works.
She was in a survival base with her parents and sister, once the base's seal was finally opened bandits had been waiting to attack. Her parents were killed and her sister disappeared. At this point she destroyed her emotions and became a "wasteland survivor" and expected to met a violent end. This changed after she met Jiang Chen and he cooked for her for the first time. It had been so long since someone cared for her. Her heart started to thaw and she tried to suppress them , but the feeling that touched her heart won't go away.
She took Jiang Chen around to introduce him to this would so he could learn about everything and how it worked. After they had sex for the first time she realized that she had fallen for him and was worried he would leave her, but he told her that he would always be by her side. Jiang Chen takes her as his first wife in the apocalyptic world and explains where he is from which causes her to worry that he will abandon her, but he promises that he will never leave her. She always worries that something will happen him whether it is this world or the other world.
She had decided she wanted to have his child, but he didn't think it would be possible since he was from a different dimension, but this proved to be incorrect as she is now pregnant with his first child from both worlds.
